STEEL SHARPENING MACHINES

Bushings operate with sliding motion between the moving surfaces. Bushings are selected based on the rotating speed and the applied load. Bushings are made from variety materials including all metal, plastics, and composite materials.

A gear is a rotating machine part having cut teeth, or cogs, which mesh with another toothed part in order to transmit torque. Gears can be meshed with other gears or with racks which produces translation.

Slitting saws are also used in a broach sharpening machine for drilling, reaming, milling process. An advantage of gears is that the teeth of a gear prevent slipping. Saws can also be used in coordination with cutters like shank type shaper cutters. This machine is most suitable to meet the general requirements of sharpening broaches in small or large industries. The main purpose is sharpening while using slitting saws and cutters.
The precision and performance of Steelmans products demonstrate the company's philosophy of quality dependability and customer satisfaction.
